CapuWare Event Log 3.2 Released
Houston, March 21, 2011 - CapuWare, the software division of CapuTech Inc., is pleased to announce the immediate release of version 3.2 of Event Log - the industry's leading electronic logbook technology.
Based on completely open Microsoft technology such as SharePoint and SQL Server, this release further enhances Event Log's position as the logbook of choice for the process industry. With over 350 installations to date, this latest release provides some often requested features resulting from our on-going deployments.
New feature highlights in this release include:
- Enhanced Duty Roster - a highly configurable improvement over the original as requested by several customers.
- Enhanced Shift Change - now allows for the option of locking entries after the completion of a shift turnover.
- Custom Color Codes and Symbols - now allows the user to configure these based on user-defined criteria.
- Auto Notification on Critical Entries - user can now choose to have an email sent on select entries to users specified in a special "Reported To" column.
- Several interface and usability enhancements.
